Last month was College Savings Month, a nationally recognized celebration of 529 plans. During College Savings Month, we encourage parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles and friends to learn more about College Savings Iowa and how their contributions can make a difference in a child’s future.
Just because College Savings Month is over, though, doesn’t mean we have to stop celebrating. Along with our continued celebration of our 20th year, there’s always time to learn more about how College Savings Iowa works and the benefits it provides college savers. There’s also never a wrong time to get your whole family involved. Don’t forget that parents, grandparents, aunts and uncles can all open individual accounts for the special children in their lives.
