Great news—College Savings Iowa’s costs are now even lower! Effective January 1, 2017, the total annual asset-based fee for each College Savings Iowa® portfolio has decreased from 0.26% to 0.20%. This means you will now pay just $2 in costs per year for every $1,000 you invest in the plan. When you pay less, more of your money will stay invested in your College Savings Iowa 529 account. This can leave you with more money to put toward higher education.
